We stayed overnight when in Looe for the Duck race. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Claire, given our keys and car park pass that is £5 per night. We were staying in room 2, the bedroom is tastefully decorated in a seaside/beach theme. En-suite is ample for the room and stocked well with towels, shower gel and toilet roll. The room itself was quite big, plenty of room and storage. Tea and coffee making was fine, usual selection with a couple of biscuits. The bed was very comfortable we as were the pillows and we both slept really well. At Breakfast we were welcomed by Alan, who took our orders and brought tea and coffee. Breakfast was a good selection, cereals, fruit, yoghurts and some pastries, with juice and the options of a full English or sandwiches and lighter options. Breakfast was well cooked and tasty. I personally really enjoined the granary toast, it was delicious. Checkout was a breeze, just leave your key and parking permit in the box by the front door. Thank you Alan and Claire for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back, to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely B&B in Looe! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short stroll from the harbour, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The highlight of our stay was definitely the view. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river and out to sea. We spent every evening out there with a glass of wine, watching the boats go by and soaking in the scenery. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area. If you're looking for a relaxing stay with unbeatable views, a great location, and a friendly atmosphere, this B&B in Looe is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

I stayed in this lovely place in mid-March - quite the nicest B & B I have ever stayed in. Lovely position and outlook, spotlessly clean and with everything one could possibly want - including the best nights sleep I have had for ages.

A lovely comfortable stay in a well presented guest house. We came here for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed the room was spotless the bed was comfy and it had all the little amenities you would need. We even booked an extra night as we both weren't ready to go home just yet. The breakfast caters for lots of choice and the owners are lovely. We also had the afternoon tea which I would highly recommend its great value for money and Claire catered for my fussiness. We would be sure to return if we are over this way again thankyou for help in giving us the best experience for our honeymoon. 5 well deserved stars!

This was our 3rd visit over the last 4 years. We stay in room 4. It’s a lovely room with a wonderful view of the river. We come back purely because we find Claire and Alan friendly and so accommodating. The breakfast is always fresh and tasty. Would never consider staying anywhere else in Looe. Thankyou for another wonderful stay.

Fantastic location in the centre of Looe, overlooking the harbour. Fabulous place to stay, friendly owners, good breakfast choices. Rooms are lovely, clean and I love the beach themed rooms. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful room with a fabulous view everything we needed and immaculate throughout all the little extras made it more comfortable like the small fridge a cool fan. We stayed in a few places over our week and this was the best! lots of places could take a leaf out of your book. We would gladly come back.

Fantastic location ,excellent hosts,very clean and comfortable,breakfast was delicious served quickly and hot.we stayed in room 4, which had the balcony overlooking the river, couldn't ask for a better Outlook . highly recommended b&b ,will definitely return .
